2. Website access
When the website is accessed, the hosting system processes technically required log data such as IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing serves secure and stable delivery under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Trial requests
For a trial request we process contact details, the selected package, optional company and address details, deployment type, domain or IP address, consumer folder and project folder. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Consent evidence is recorded for the delivery workflow.
4. License and download data
We store license identifiers, technical bindings, validity, delivery and download status. Download tokens are stored only as hashes. Packages are removed after the trial ends. Requests not converted into a contract are deleted after 90 days unless legal obligations require longer storage.
5. Email delivery
Trial and service emails are sent through IONOS. The email contains the assigned keys, package link and installation information. Delivery status and failed attempts are logged so the same license keys can be used for retries.
6. Recipients and hosting
Data may be processed by contracted hosting and email providers solely to operate the service. Data is not sold. A transfer occurs only where legally permitted or required.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing where the legal requirements are met. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
8. Security and availability
Transport encryption, access controls, rate limits and data minimisation protect the service. Public trial issuance remains disabled until the hosting platform and access credentials meet the defined security requirements.
